General Practitioner – Gilgandra Local Aboriginal Medical Service (GLAMS) Location: Gilgandra, NSW | Full-Time | No Weekend Work | Accommodation & Vehicle ProvidedSante Recruitment is proud to partner with Gilgandra Local Aboriginal Medical Service (GLAMS) in seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner to join their team. GLAMS delivers culturally appropriate, high-quality primary healthcare services to the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, as well as the wider Gilgandra population.
About the Role Working in a fully bulk-billing clinic, you will play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team that supports patients across all life stages—from pregnancy and early childhood through to chronic disease management, geriatrics, and palliative care.
Supported by experienced nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, friendly administration staff, and an onsite management team, you’ll also benefit from visiting allied health and specialist services including:
- Dietitian, Podiatrist, Pharmacist, Audiologist, Optometrist
- Cardiologist, Diabetic Educator, Women’s Health specialist
- Access to regular Telehealth clinics
Patient Load: 15–20 patients per day

- AHPRA registration (General or Specialist)

- Proof of vaccination and right to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
- Experience in Aboriginal health or rural general practice
- Familiarity with Best Practice software and My Health Record (training available)
