Company Overview
Walter Road East GP’s is a non-corporate quality, teaching, general practice. The practice is committed to excellence in general practice and has won multiple awards as a WAGPET teaching practice.
Amongst our patients are up to 4 generations of local families and workers from the surrounding industry. Our patient base is mostly lower to middle class and is fairly evenly spread from infants to nonagenarians. We aim to provide a comprehensive, traditional family practice with regular patients attending their own doctor of choice within the practice wherever possible.
Our practice is fully computerized and has amassed a huge range of local and online clinical support resources for both patients and doctors. Our medical software is highly customized and utilized to the highest level possible to implement preventative care activities (as recommended by the RACGP Guidelines for preventive activities in general practice), chronic disease management, patient recalls, doctor reminders and inter doctor and staff communication.

We have cultivated close working, professional relationships with our neighbours: Bayswater Physiotherapy, Night and Day pharmacy and Western Diagnostics Pathology and Bayswater Allied Health (Podiatry and other allied health).
