Company History
Our community – controlled organisation has been proudly serving the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within and across the Mackay Region for the past 30 years
We provide a comprehensive primary health and medical service delivering culturally appropriate quality (three – year AGPAL Accredited Service) health care and support to an estimated indigenous population of around 6,000 people.
From humble beginnings in 1978, our operating budget now exceeds $2 million – with an establishment of 32 staff members providing over 2,500 client services across 10 program areas from our purpose built premises.
